Details

In Europe, a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is issued by EASA and allows the holder to act as the pilot in command of an aircraft for commercial purposes, such as carrying passengers or cargo for hire or reward.

Eligibility

  • Age 17 years
  • Valid Medical Certificate
  • 45 Hours of Flight training (25Hours with an instructor & 10Hours Solo)
  • 150 miles trip solo
  • Clear examination

Eligibility

  • Age 18 Years
  • Class 1 Medical
  • 200 Hours of Flying
  • Hold a valid PPL or have completed an integrated ATPL course
  • Pass a theoretical knowledge exam covering subjects such as air law, navigation, meteorology, and aircraft general knowledge
  • Pass a practical flight test with an approved examiner

  • 1,500 hours of flight time in airplanes,
  • 500 hours in multi-pilot operations on airplanes
  • 500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) under supervision; or 250 hours as PIC
  • 250 hours, including at least 70 hours as PIC, and the remaining as PIC under supervision
  • 200 hours of cross-country flight time of which at least 100 hours shall be as PIC or as PIC under supervision
  • 75 hours of instrument time of which not more than 30 hours may be instrument ground time.
  • 100 hours of night flight as PIC or co-pilot.
